  Are you looking for an adrenaline pumping, spine tingling experience? The frequently imitated, but never duplicated Haunted Mill is a “MUST SEE”. With an original theme every year, a cast of over 50 live actors (oops, maybe more, some documented “un-live” actors not part of the count…) and state of the art sound and visual effects, the show is hoping to leave you gasping for breath and wondering about the afterlife. (perhaps the “un-live” will be available for discussion later…) This attraction is not for the faint hearted. Covering over 9 acres of truly haunted terrain, this exhibit offers 3 horrifying adventures for one low price. Roam through portions of the “Ghost Hunters” (check on line for their investigation of the Red Mill Museum Village) haunted Mill Museum, tangled mazes, The Haunted Hayride, and Terror Trail – all in which you will come face to face with the creatures of the Shadows. Rated among one of New Jersey’s top haunted attractions, and inspected and certified as one of the safest, the Red Mill Museum Village is proud to present for your en-frightment, the 2008 Halloween season; “Beyond the Shadows”. Just when you thought it was safe to go outside…think again!

  The 18th Annual Haunted Mill will be taking place at the Historic Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton, New Jersey. Performances are scheduled for the evenings of October 17, 18, 24, and 25 starting at 6:00 pm. General admission tickets are available for pre-purchase starting October 10 at the Red Mill Museum Office from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm daily. The ticket window opens on performance nights at 5:00 pm and will close at 10pm. General admission tickets are night specific and are available for $20 each, and XpressPass tickets, good for any of the four nights and are $40 each. Both prices include the notorious haunted hayride and infamous walking terror trail. Lines form early and the wait time is longest around 8:00 pm. As this is a fundraiser, no refunds will be given. Performances will run rain or shine, however, if a weather related closure should be deemed necessary, alternate performance tickets will be offered in substitution. There is a 10% discount for pre-sale purchases of 10 tickets or more, so be sure to include your friends! Discounts will also be offered to card-carrying Museum members.   This spine tingling event is produced by Jennifer Frick, and co-designed by Jennifer Frick, Steve Giordano, John Thoma and their ever growing cadre’ of devoted volunteers. Each year they expand and evolve their twisted and gruesome repertoire of tricks and treats for this amazing production. Again this year we welcome the dedication and many talents of the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department. All proceeds benefit the Red Mill Museum and the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department.
